You didn’t date her, but you shared your secrets with her. You mentioned to her things no one else knew about you. You treated her like she meant something to you. Like you actually cared about her, like you wanted to keep her in your life.
You didn’t date her, but you texted her from the instant you opened your eyes until the second they closed. You made her feel needed with your words, you made her feel unique by delegating all you time with her.
You didn’t date her, but you provided her with all the reasons to think that one day, you date her. You made her consider it was only a matter of time until you two became a pair.
You didn’t date her, but you snuggled with her. You kissed her. You slept with her. You saw her when she was most helpless and made her feel secure.
You didn’t date her, but you still offended her. And you should still take accountability for what you’ve done.
